Halloween Was a good night had so much fun!!!

The EF Tangshan Christmas Party was a good night out. My first Christmas in China.

On the 25th of July Cathrine and I took our students swimming. It was a fantastic day out we walked from the collage to the park. Went for a swim then walked back in the late afternoon. Fantastic group of students everyone had lots of fun.

Peter is a tour guide and the day after I arrived in Beijing he took me to the great wall with one of his clients.

I went to a factory that makes and sells cloisonné plates, vases, wall art, and  art works. Some of the pieces are just fantastic works of art, and being able to see the time and effort that goes into making one piece is great.

When I flew from Australia to Beijing we had to stop in Darwin for a medical emergency. This meant that the pilots didn’t have enough hours to continue through to Beijing. So QANTAS put us up in Hong Kong Airport Hotel and this is the room that I had.

I went to the Jade Factory on the 27th June,2008 with Peter and one of his clients. Some of the pieces of jade were amazing. Here are a few pictures of my trip.
